Latest Release

The latest release is Version 1.5 (May, 2009). The packages for this release are available for download at the official DVN SourceForge.net project site.

Features in this release include improvements to study pages and management features. See Version 1.5 for full details. See the online Installers Guide for detailed information about how to install the software.

Version 2.0

Version 2.0 includes the following enhancements:

• Enable users to add comments to studies
• Rewrite ingest function (DSB) in Java code
• Enable subset and analysis of network data files
• Support refresh of upload status on Study page
• Expand search to include all metadata fields' content, adding such fields as UNF and file descriptions
• Add size limiter to the download as zip feature on study files Page
• Allow specification of IP ranges when defining IP user groups
• Improve usability of Dataverse Permissions page
• Bug fix - Fix validation on Schedule Export form
